Brent Warrington
Brent Warrington is the Chief Executive Officer of TogetherWork, bringing more than 25 years of experience leading high-growth SaaS and payments companies. He is focused on accelerating growth, strengthening culture, and positioning TogetherWork for its next chapter of innovation and scale. Prior to joining TogetherWork, Brent served as CEO of Planet, where he led more than 2,500 employees across 35 global offices. He previously served as CEO of Hyperwallet, guiding the company through its successful acquisition by PayPal in 2019. Following the acquisition, Brent served as PayPal’s Global Head of Marketplaces. Brent also held CEO roles at SecureNet Payment Systems, which was acquired by Worldpay, and FundsXpress, which was acquired by First Data. Throughout his career, Brent has built durable organizations, led successful integrations, and delivered sustained growth across complex, global businesses.
Bart Kalsu
Bart Kalsu has served as our Chief Financial Officer since July 2025, with extensive experience partnering with private equity sponsors as both a Chief Financial Officer and an Operating Partner with K1 focused on value creation and scale. He previously served as Chief Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at SolarWinds, Inc. Bart worked at SolarWinds for 17 years as the company grew from $100M to $1B in revenue and led an initial public offering as well as a take private transaction. Prior to SolarWinds, he worked for JPMorgan Chase Bank as Vice President, Commercial Banking, from June 2005 until August 2007. From April 2002 until June 2005, Mr. Kalsu worked for Red Hat, Inc. as Senior Director of Finance. Bart has served on the board of directors of EP Energy Corporation (NYSE: EPE) and Athlon Energy Inc. (Nasdaq: ATHL). He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
Brooke Huling
Brooke Huling is a transformational product and technology executive who bridges visionary strategy with hands-on execution to grow and modernize complex software businesses. As Chief Product Officer at TogetherWork, she leads a multi-product, multi-market SaaS portfolio in close partnership with the executive leadership team, advancing the company’s mission while building the operating rhythms of a scalable enterprise. With more than two decades of experience across Fortune 500, PE-backed, and high-growth technology companies, Brooke has led teams through cloud transformation, platform modernization, and the use of predictive models and data-driven decisioning to improve customer outcomes. She is passionate about the current wave of AI-driven change and partners with teams and customers to reimagine how they operate, identifying practical, high-impact use cases that embed intelligent capabilities into products and workflows so organizations can realize meaningful gains. Culture is at the center of Brooke’s leadership. She is known for breaking down silos, inspiring cross-functional collaboration, and bringing energy and fun back into even the most challenging environments, all while maintaining high standards and clear accountability. Outside of work, Brooke is a proud mom of three boys, an active nonprofit board member, and a committed local philanthropist who loves serving alongside her sons, modeling service, empathy, and community impact.
Craig Conway
Craig Conway is the Chief Technology Officer at TogetherWork, where he leads global technology, engineering, AI, data, and platform modernization across a diverse, multi-vertical SaaS portfolio. His focus is setting enterprise technology and data strategy and delivering secure, cloud-native, API-driven platforms that enhance customer experience and support more than 25 vertical markets. Craig brings broad executive leadership experience across payments, financial services, SaaS software, and logistics, having served as General Manager, CTO, Head of Operations, Head of Transformation, and Interim CEO for Fortune 250 public companies and private equity sponsored organizations. He has led large-scale organizational, product, and M&A integrations, including over 50 acquisitions, resulting in five successful company exits. He has also served on university and investment advisory boards.
Carter Adkinson
Carter Adkinson is the Chief Revenue Officer at TogetherWork, where he leads the company’s revenue organization and go-to-market strategy to drive scalable growth while delivering exceptional client outcomes. He brings more than 25 years of enterprise and SaaS revenue leadership experience across technology and healthcare. Prior to TogetherWork, Carter served as Chief Sales Officer at Ensora Health and EVP of Business Solutions and Sales at Inovalon, where he led sustained SaaS growth and large-scale commercial transformation. Earlier in his career, Carter spent 17 years at IBM in senior global leadership roles, managing multi-billion-dollar businesses and building high-performing teams worldwide. Carter lives in Baltimore, Maryland with his wife and daughter.
Megan Lueders
With more than two decades of B2B marketing leadership experience, Megan is a catalytic leader known for building world-class marketing teams that elevate the brand, grow pipeline, and influence the complete buyer’s journey.
Her zest to infuse innovative strategies and commitment to customer-centric experiences accelerates demand and revenue everywhere she goes, most recently in her current role as Chief Marketing Officer at TogetherWork. She is a positive force for cross-functional collaboration driving alignment between sales, product, customer success and marketing to deliver results across the organization. Throughout her career, Megan has built high-performance marketing teams at industry leaders like Sonatype, Silicon Labs, Zenoss, Lifesize (acquired by Logitech), and Verizon. A passionate community leader, Megan serves on the nonprofit boards for Girlstart and UT’s McCombs School of Business BBA Advisory Council, and extends her professional expertise serving on the boards of Journyx and Lab Alley.
Damon Schramm
Damon Schramm is Chief Legal Officer at TogetherWork, where he leads all legal functions, including corporate governance, M&A, commercial contracting, regulatory compliance, data privacy, employment matters, litigation strategy, and legal operations. Since joining in 2022, Damon has been instrumental in guiding high-growth strategic initiatives, strengthening legal operations/compliance across the organization, and serving the day-to-day legal needs of the business. He brings more than two decades of legal and executive leadership in technology and entertainment industries in private equity and public company settings. Damon also serves on the Board of Directors of Canterbury Park Holding Corporation, a publicly traded racino, contributing governance, securities, M&A and strategic oversight.
David Kuhl
David Kuhl is Chief Human Resources Officer at TogetherWork and brings experience across human resources, general management, and law. A multi-time CHRO for public and privately held companies, he has spent the last 15 years helping fintech and software organizations grow and scale, including businesses backed by Vista Equity Partners. David is known for a practical, business-first approach to talent, leadership, and organizational design, and for being a steady, trusted partner to CEOs and leadership teams during moments of change. He approaches his work with humility, focusing on listening, learning, and creating environments where people can do their best work. Earlier in his career, David was an employment law attorney at Littler Mendelson P.C. in San Francisco
Tom Studdert
Tom Studdert is Executive Vice President of Customer Experience Operations, where he leads onboarding, implementation, customer education, customer support, and customer experience strategy across the company’s portfolio of vertical SaaS products. Tom’s path into customer experience began with a pivot in 2015, when he left a decade-plus career in higher education administration, including roles at USC, TCU, and ASU, to move into corporate learning and development. That shift launched more than a decade of building and scaling CX, education, and support organizations at companies including ZoomInfo, Payscale, and Ensora Health, where he oversaw teams serving tens of thousands of customers and hundreds of thousands of users. Widely recognized as an industry leader in customer education, Tom has built enablement, onboarding, and support functions that reduce time-to-value and drive long-term customer adoption at scale. Tom holds a BA in History from Arizona State University, an M.Ed. from Northern Arizona University, and a Doctor of Education from the University of Southern California. A Houston native now based in Austin, Tom spends his free time with his family, continuing to swim, and cheering on his ASU Sun Devils and USC Trojans.
Rocky Cho
Rocky Cho is the EVP – Corporate Development at TogetherWork. In his role, Rocky leads TogetherWork’s inorganic growth strategy, responsible for global mergers and acquisitions and the integration of new operations into TogetherWork’s structure. He has over 20 years of M&A experience, primarily in software and payments. Prior to joining TogetherWork in 2025, Rocky held Corporate Development roles in both public and private equity backed companies where he executed over 30 transactions. Earlier in his career, he held roles in principal investing and investment banking. Rocky lives in Atlanta, GA with his family.
Chester Ritchie
Chester is the Senior Vice President of Payments at TogetherWork. He has over 25 years of executive experience in a wide variety of payments companies. Most recently, he was President of Nodus Technologies, which was acquired by EVO Payments in 2018. Prior to that, Chester was SVP and Head of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships for US operations at Worldpay and saw the company through a period of explosive growth under private equity ownership, culminating in the largest fintech IPO ever in 2015.
Elaine Chou Arora
Elaine Chou Arora is Senior Vice President of Managed Services at TogetherWork, where she leads TogetherWork’s portfolio of financial and fundraising services businesses across multiple verticals. She previously worked as an impact investor and held strategy and operations roles at growth-stage companies, partnering closely with executive teams to scale businesses through periods of change. Elaine began her career in M&A investment banking. She holds an MBA from Wharton and lives in Austin, Texas with her family.
