Todd has over 20 years of experience in the software industry, working in multi-product software companies with global footprints. His expertise is in mergers and acquisitions, as well as integrations. He’s led teams at a variety of private-equity-backed high growth companies.

Todd lives in Lake Mary, Florida with his family.
